Question 1: What can I expect to leave the event with?

Great question. The event will be interactive and involve working through 6 exercises. Each one will get you closer to a formal business plan for 2025, and it will help you to start streamlining things like your marketing plan, systems, and processes. The goal is more profit and more time freedom.

Question 2: How many people will be at the event?

We are intentionally keeping this event small and intimate. This is the first live business planning workshop I have run since pre-covid. We will likely keep the room to 10-15 people maximum.

Question 3: Who is the workshop created for?

This business planning workshop is ideal for solopreneurs, small business owners, and entrepreneurs operating with small teams (Less than 10 employees). It's also extremely helpful for salespeople who are independent contractors developing their own systems and marketing.

Question 4: What if I have a larger team? (more than 10 employees)

You are still welcome to attend the event. It may be an extremely valuable experience still, but you may want more than one person to attend from your company. We could also discuss a private event for your leadership team where we can devote more time to questions specific to your business.

Question 5: What should I bring to the event?

Bring anything that may help you create your business plan. If you are super organized and have all of your numbers in an easilly accessed location for the past couple of years then I would bring them. If you have some examples of marketing that has worked well, then bring those too.

Bring a laptop, a notebook, and a pen.

Question 6: Is there parking for the event?

The One Hundred Club valet does not open until 5 PM, so parking is metered parking on the street, in the lot across from the club, or in the parking garage across the street. Arrive a few minutes early to park, so you don't miss your chance to get to know everyone in the room.

Question 7: What's the VIP ticket all about?

This event is likely to create additional questions as it sparks new ideas for how to operate your business. The VIP Access is an invite to lunch to engage in a smaller conversation while enjoying a dining experience in the One Hundred Club dining room. Lunch is covered in the cost of the ticket.
